These low carb Parmesan Dijon pork chops are easy to make "breaded" pork chops that are low carb, paleo, gluten-free, etc. They are also delicious!

  • 6 Pork chops, thin boneless

  • 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 3/4 tsp Thyme
Condiments
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
