- 1 Garlic clove, large
- 2 thin slices Ginger
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 Small handful Red cabbage
- 8 cups Savoy cabbage
- 2 Scallions, bulbs
- 1 Sugar snap peas or snow peas
Baking & Spices
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted
Nuts & Seeds
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
Other
- Half one whole star anise ((or ⅛ tsp five spice powder))
